helloo, i dont mind at all :-)
ok well with eating “healthy” i find that really easy cause i just love all that food anyway like i love fruit and vegetables and whatever other food is seen as been “healthy”. and if im eating like shit it makes me feel like shit! but i don’t ban myself from eating any unhealthy food, if i want chocolate im gonna have chocolate cause i believe everything’s fine in moderation!! and don’t look at food as an enemy, you need to eat!!
and i keep working out (ill be honest i haven’t been working out as much as i want to bc revising for exams woops) for 2 main reasons;
- 1 being i have goals and i want to reach them and be completely happy in my own skin
- and 2 is cause i feel so great after i workout so i kinda do it for my mental health, it helps when im feeling anxious, or stressed, or sad and it helps with my headache so i do it for that y’know
but i think the most important thing that helps you stick at it is if you’re doing it for the right reasons!! if you’re doing it for someone else, or to try fit into society’s expectations then you’re never going to be happy with your results so just make sure you’re doing it for yourself :-))
